I am a happily married man with an AWESOME wife and 3 GREAT kids. We enjoy camping together, going to the lake, fishing, hunting, golfing, and hanging out with friends and family. We also enjoy going to college basketball and football games. I have lived in the Hardin county area since June 2001 and I love Kentucky.
Before entering the real estate profession, I served 9 years on active duty in the U.S. Army and spent last 6 years of military service in key leadership positions (including 3 overseas deployments). In 2005, I received a medical discharge from the Army and decided that I would like to remain in the Central Kentucky area and make the real estate industry my career path of choice.
Since getting out of the military in 2005, helping people buy and sell Real Estate has been my full time job, and I am extremely passionate about what I do. It is a very challenging and rewarding career where I get to meet and help new people every single day. I have made some great friends in this business and love that about my job. One thing that I have learned about real estate is that no two transactions are the same. Each transaction has its own unique challenges and obstacles and I thrive on finding solutions to these challenges and overcoming these obstacles. Over the past decade, I have become an excellent negotiator, and have developed exceptional customer service skills. I have also built some excellent business networks with local lenders, title companies, home inspectors, and contractors to ensure that my client's transaction goes as smooth as possible. My goal with each client is not only to help them buy or sell a home, but to provide them with the best possible service in the process, and to ultimately become their REALTOR for life.
In 2010, I decided it was time to work on getting my college degree. I missed the opportunity to go to college right out of high school because I joined the military on my 18th birthday, and always had to move or deploy somewhere. Getting a 4 year college degree is not required to sell real estate but I wanted to set a good example for my kids and prove to my potential clients that I possess the skills to be successful in business. So, I started attending night classes and graduated in December 2013 with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with a 3.76 GPA. Now I am slowly chipping away on my Masters Degree.
Some of my real estate achievements include:
- Rookie of the year award in 2005
- REALTOR of the year in 2006 - 2011
- Multimillion Dollar Producer - 2006 - present
- Obtained Auctioneers License in 2011
